At Monitor 360 we have 10 years of experience with qualitative (human) analysis of narratives and have deep in-house expertise of how to identify, analyze, structure and understand narratives in news and social media. We marry that qualitative expertise with deep expertise in NLP and machine learning (deep learning, LSTM, etc.), to bring scale, efficiency, and new insight to our long-standing methods. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Narrative Solutions Product Manager, is responsible for building the client facing Narrative Analytics™ offerings and solutions. The Product Manager will work with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and strategic drivers to create specification, definition, and execution of narrative offerings that address client’s narrative needs. The role will require this PM to understand client perspective, market signals, and deep empathy for narratives and its impact on strategic outcomes.
The Product Manager in this role will work through quite a few unknowns and inadequate data points, which requires experience in working through problems and situations that are inherently fuzzy and amorphous, but still be able to make incremental decisions that will progress the development of new and innovative features. The PM will work with engineers on all the components to create the offering and thus has experience in building full-stack specification. The Product Manager will have to be innovative, tenacious, and solution-oriented, to drive positive outcomes. This position is based in our San Francisco office.
